  • Having you home professionally measured allows you to get the most money per square foot. Tax records and previous MLS listings will state the total square footage but often times will not be consistent with one another, it is our responsibility to represent your best interest and have accurate measurements to get you the highest dollar per square foot.

5. List the Home For Sale

Pre-Marketing: Prior to listing your home I will “float” a “Coming Soon” status to agents who specifically work in the area and particular price range. Your home will also be opened up to a select group of agents should they have any interested buyers.

 

Once listed: My social media strategist will begin advertising your home both online and in local print advertisements. If your home isn’t under contract within the first two weeks of the listing date I will hold a Realtor Luncheon and/or host my breakfast club to facilitate more agent traffic and to learn what it is agents’ buyers are looking for and what potentially could be keeping the home from going under contract for its best value.

 

Remember, your home gets one first impression so it’s important that your home is priced accordingly and is marketed properly when it first goes on the market.
